Alfred took ownership of the family business in 2000 when his parents’ Esther and Candido (aka Jesse) Ambrosi fulfilled their dream of moving back home to Carisolo, Italy. Alfred had been training for this day ever since his father started bringing him to the shop at the age of 8 years old. Being a master of one of the oldest profession in the world; knife sharpening, or Moletta in Italian, is one that few possess. Alfred is a committed and involved father of his three most prized gifts Taylor, Trystan and Taryn. Even with all that Alfred enjoys playing soccer, hunting, riding motorcycles, Golf, video games and hanging with his sidekick Dante (his yellow lab).

Spencer and Maryann’s hands are full with twin boys Hunter and Spencer, their precious daughter Jessica and their dog Yoshi.

Sales Representative

Dustin enjoys his job as Sales Representative at Ambrosi Brothers Cutlery. He has been adding to the success and fun at the shop since 2006. Dustin didn’t leave his love for soccer behind as a college soccer player at KCK Community College. You can find him still playing today on teams not only with his wife Jamie but also Alfred. Dustin spends his summers with family fishing at The Lake of Ozarks or taking a trip to Florida. Like most Ambrosi employees, you can find Dustin helping out a friend or jumping on his motorcycle for an afternoon ride.

Sales Representative

Scott has been with Ambrosi Brothers Cutlery as a Sales Representative since 1991. Rarely is there a Chiefs game were Scott is not attending. It is a family tradition to be at the game early in the Chiefs bus loaded down with great food prepared to tailgate in style. Scott likes NASCAR, golfing, basketball, bowling and playing pool. He is full of sports knowledge and will watch almost all sporting events possible. He is a North Carolina Tar Heels fan through and through. He enjoys watching his daughter Meagan play softball. He also has a cat named Boots (no relation to puss n boots).

Sharpener and Machine Repairman

Steven started at Ambrosi Brothers Cutlery in July 2012 as a sharpener and machine repairman. Steve may be the quiet one in the bunch but like the rest he enjoys the comradery of the people he works with. When Steve is away from the shop you can find him playing pool for fun and in leagues or just playing video games with his friends. With Stevens’ love of cooking some question if it’s an accident that he works around the worlds premiere kitchen tools.
